Invitation to Nominate and Sponsor Ministers/Candidates to 2020 Session of World Harvest Advance Institute –  School of Ministry and Missional Leadership

We are pleased to formally invite you to nominate and sponsor candidates to Set 4 of our World Harvest Advance Training Institute – School of Ministry Mentorship and Missional Leadership. This is a Short-Term Intensive Program.

World Harvest Advance Training (WHAT) runs in Jos annually and brings together mobilization and mission leaders/pastors, directors, outreach coordinators, evangelism and mission coordinators in churches and denominations from all over Nigeria. They spend two intensive weeks to discover how to equip, empower, train, mobilize and engage the Body of Christ to accelerate God’ s mission worldwide. The training provides handson strategic program skills and exposes them to tools to fulfill Matt 24:14 ASAP. We will like your Church/ministry to recommend, nominate and or sponsor candidates to March 3-19 session.

Faculties and Facilitators: WHAT is is served by seasoned faculties/facilitators who, for decades, have combined theory and practical biblical and missiological knowledge and expertise, and robust formal and non-formal leadership development experiences and training on core issues in mission, discipleship, mobilization, mentoring and leadership to  jump-start lifetime adventure global harvest.

The Core Course will include: Mission and strategic Engagement; Leadership, mentoring and mission Dynamics; Strategic training on Evangelizing Muslims; Discovering God’s Global purpose; Preaching for life for life; Exposure to practical fieldwork

Training cost & Logistics: The training is tuition free! Cost of training manuals and two-week lunch meals N25,000. We help student outside of Jos secure cheap hostel accommodation of N1,000 per night!

We live in an era where so much seem to be going on in the name of Christ’s Mission without commensurate evidence among the Least Reached and Least Churched peoples of the earth. In Nigeria, we have spread all around almost to the point of choking ourselves, yet we have lost vast grounds to the Enemy of the Cross – physically, geographically and more importantly spiritually. We are hearing about God’s move in mighty conversion stories in many parts of the world but we are yet to harvest such momentous fruits in our land.

Are there missing dots in our Great Commission pursuit? Are we sharing the right information in a God-honouring way among all mission practitioners? Are there things God is already doing and has put in place that will mobilize us strategically to break new grounds or seize lost territories in record time? Can we close rank, learn the rope and push the frontier further within the shortest possible time? What has God gifted the global church’s local impact among all ethnes?

The M2414 Summit 2020 is aiming at helping the church in Nigeria and West Africa to find the missing pieces in our on-going effort to complete the task. It is a rallying call to see and close the missing gaps between preaching everywhere and reaching every tribe, tongue and language. It will showcase the ethne connection required for the true global renown of our Master.

M2414 Summit 2020 affords us the opportunity to learn from and see the connectivity between some ongoing best practices in Church Planting Movements, Disciple Making Movements, Mobilization Movements, Creation Care and Human Crises mission response locally and globally.

Empowered to Multiply

Empowered to Multiply (ETM) is a practical training on how to develop, multiply and apply Christ like centred leadership movement in your church or ministry.
It is geared toward helping leaders cultivate appropriate biblical values and strategy that enhance Christ leadership and mentoring program from Monday to Saturday among them, thus taking our leadership effort from just a pulpit service on Sunday morning to everyday life in the working place.
This program will help create a shift in the paradigm from regular Christian life to a Biblical grace standard, servant-leadership collaborative and leadership opportunities.
When we run this training, we offer participant workbooks and training manuals that they can help to produce other mentor skills with people in their given profession.
