Dr. Olapeju Otsemobor is a Scientist, Researcher, Certified Holistic Nutritionist, Manufacturer and Author. She is the Team Leader, and Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Consultant of Wajomate Limited, a consortium of experts in diverse professional fields and training. Before this, she worked for the Federal Government of Nigeria in the Federal Ministry of Health. While in the Federal Ministry of Health, she participated in or led teams that developed many M&E systems and troubleshooting protocols for bottlenecks in non-functional projects. She was the pioneer head of the Monitoring & Evaluation Branch of the National Malaria Elimination Programme. She was significantly involved in training M&E officers in the 36 states of Nigeria and the Federal Capital Territory. During this period, she had the singular honour of traversing the length and breadth of Nigeria, training and helping to set up functional systems in the health sector. She took a significant part in developing significant planning and other documents for the health sector. Most important are the Strategic Health System Development Plan 2012-2017 and Strategic Health System Development Plan 2018 - 2022 - which was a significant rallying point for all strategic players in the health development and systems sector. She has a passion for constant improvement – of systems, human and professional capacity and efficiency. She has put all these long years and diverse expertise and experience for posterity by documenting a boom titled Managers who Enhance Work: A Handbook for Monitoring & Evaluation. This book is a must-have for any person who wants to make a profession by becoming a confident M&E practitioner. She left the Federal Ministry of Health in 2008 to found a firm of consultants in diverse fields with training and field practice remaining an excellent forte. She has diversified into Wellness and Beauty through Holistic Nutrition. She has many NAFDAC-registered products and services. Dr. Olapeju Otsemobor operates in prophetic anointing for constant improvement, hence her passion for improving lives and family in marriage; also in situations and circumstances of people and institutions in her areas of influence. She is a Missionary and the founder of Wellspring Club, a global mission agency with a special interest in the welfare of missionaries towards the second coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. She has authored two (2) books in marriage namely: How to Love a Man Forever and How to Love a Woman Forever. She is a worshipper and testifier to the power of God, as well as a Deacon in the New Estate Baptist Church in Abuja, Nigeria. She and her husband Dennis have three (3) grown children. She is a member of the Board of Directors El-Rehoboth Global Leadership Foundation located in Northern Nigeria
